What are the departure times and frequency?
  • Dundee: Departs every 90 minutes, operating 24/7. Journey time is around 1  hour 20 minutes.
  • Aberdeen: Departs eight times daily each way. Journey time takes about 2  hours 40 minutes.
     
Where do I board?
  • Dundee: Coaches depart from Union St, opposite the Malmaison. From Edinburgh Airport, stance E.
  • Aberdeen: Coaches depart from LittleJohn St. From Edinburgh Airport, stance H.
     
Can I amend or cancel my ticket?

Bookings are amendable, with Fly Flex, an optional add-on available during the booking process. For just £1, you have the flexibility of changing your booking anytime within 30 days of your original booking date. Cancelled bookings are not refundable. 
 

Does Fly services accept National Entitlement Cards.

Youngsters, seniors and disabled people go free with a valid NEC. A standard £1 fee applies to all individual bookings (both paid and concessionary). It is possible to buy a ticket from the driver on the day, but we do recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment.
 

What about accessibility and special assistance?

All those requiring assistance, should contact our City Hub, Dundee or call 03330 16 61 62 at least 48 hours in advance, to ensure space and compliance with mobility equipment requirements. 
 

Can I take luggage, prams, or pets?
  • Yes, all passengers are permitted, 1 large suitcase up to 75 x 50 x 32 cm or 2 medium suitcases each up to 70 x 45 x 30 cm.
  • Prams and buggies are allowed but must be folded and placed in the luggage storage area.
     
What if I lose something onboard?

Report any lost property promptly to Customer Service with as much detail as possible.
